If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you have up to 14 days to cancel for a full refund.
If it's already been delivered, we offer a 30-day returns guarantee from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back, with your order number and contact details to hand.
Yes. Unused, complete packs in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You're responsible for the cost of returning the goods (the original delivery charge isn't refundable), and refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Please accept the delivery but sign for it as damaged, then contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Have your order number, contact details, and photos or videos of the damage ready — this lets us arrange a replacement or refund quickly. Replacements are sent at the earliest available delivery date, and refunds are processed within 14 days. You won't need to return the damaged stock to us.
