We had an issue with another flooring company that didn’t came to install the carpet, we had the new carpets in our landing there in the middle for a week, and they were not responding, made a mistake on the colour carpet, etc, a disaster, so we contacted Unique Flooring and Unique Flooring came to the rescue and booked us before Christmas, I was very stressed and they were very kind and responsive, totally the opposite to the experience we had with the other company that was so difficult to communicate. At the end we didn’t do the work with Unique Flooring because the irresponsible initial company came to install the carpets finally, but as you can see Unique Flooring has many good reviews, so trust that and we wish we had made the work with Unique Flooring instead the other company. Thanks!
Got flooring and carpet on stairs done for our new house from Unique Flooring. Fantastic service by Paul and team. Delighted with their post sale service as well. Writing this review after 6 month of installation as we had a small issue with carpet and they fixed it next day.
The staff in unique flooring are very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable on their craft. They are very accommodating and will look after you every step of the way. Thank you for Sean , Paul, Gina , Anthony and all the staff for making our house a home. Will definitely highly recommend them.
On Facebook, we came across a promotion for Unique flooring. It was already a unique experience when we entered their doors to inquire. Paul Keith and Anthony made a dream promise to us, but they gave us more than just a dream. These people take delight in providing exceptional service. You do get quality, after all. When the builder couldn't get a carpenter in on the day of the job, they went above and beyond for us and even provided their own carpenter at no expense to trim the doors so the carpet would fit exactly upstairs. Paul and Keith are wonderful individuals who are warm, competent, and incredibly honest. These people will even babysit your kids 🤣while you shop in their showroom. They'll leave you pleasantly surprised.Thanks Paul Keith Anthony and also Ian who was part of this dream making mission. I think John was the carpenter Kudos to him for making a 180 degree u-turn just to accommodate our needs on the day
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Keith & Paul were so helpful to us in the showroom helping us decide from the huge range of carpets and laminates we were looking through. Anthony was great calling out to us to measure the spaces we wanted new flooring, really thorough and pointed out any areas that might need extra thought before we finalised our plan. Paul was very helpful with scheduling in the dates to get the flooring installed, and great communication, he kept in contact with us over the couple of weeks from initially visiting the showroom to completion of the job. When it came to installation of the new flooring Ian did an amazing job, so delighted with the end result, attention to detail and perfect clean up before leaving. Sorry that I didn't get the names of the lads who installed carpet on the stairs, they did a great job so quick and it looks great, no mess or problems. Having dealt with other flooring companies in the area in the past 2 years (gradually getting renovation work done & covid didn't help with delays..!) I have to say I wish we had found Unique Flooring sooner, I would gladly have them back again if I didn't already have other rooms completed...other companies have a lot to learn from the guys at Unique Flooring!! Thanks so much again to you all for a great customer experience the whole way through, I will be highly recommending to family & friends.
