Things to consider

Laminate, real wood, and luxury vinyl orders are subject to access restrictions, flooring cannot be delivered to properties which have stepped access, flats above the ground floor (regardless of lift access) or left in communal areas. For flats, your order will be left at the ground floor external doorstep, for residential properties with stepped access flooring will be left at the bottom of the steps.

Due to the bulky nature or carpets and sheet vinyl, these products can be delivered up flights of stairs to flats and properties with other stepped access. However, we recommend that a minimum of two people are available to receive the delivery and carry it on to the room/storage area of your choice.

Deliveries can be made in a variety of commercial vehicles, up to 18-tonne lorries. It is assumed that the property is easily accessible to these vehicle types.

If no one is available to accept your delivery at the address you’ve provided, we’ll charge you for re-delivery when you reschedule.

We strongly advise against booking installers until your new floor has arrived. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or floors not being acclimatised properly.

We recommend adding a mobile number in at the point of ordering to make sure you receive your 4 hour delivery SMS, we will also send this information to your email address.

† Deliveries to remote areas: We can deliver to Northern Ireland and other remote areas for an additional charge. Remote area postcodes: PO30 – PO40, PA20 – PA78, PH, IV, KW, ZE, HS, GY, JE.

Due to the ongoing nation-wide driver shortage, we’ve come across some minor disruptions to deliveries. We’ll update you as soon as we can on any delays.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland: We’re currently experiencing delays due to increased customs checks. This means we’re unable to guarantee your selected delivery date at checkout, but we will keep you updated on the status of your order and a revised delivery date if and when required.

For carpet and sheet vinyl, delivery lead time varies by postcode and will be confirmed at checkout.​
